Professionally trained over a three year period in Hamburg Germany, Ben has worked in restaurants, private estates and villas in the Cote d’Azur catering to a variety of clients. Together with his wife Vicky they worked as Head Chef and Chalet Manager for Verbier Exclusive a luxury chalet company in Switzerland looking after many VIP clients, demanding the very highest standards. Those standards prevail today and it is how they approach any catering job at Cray be it for a small party, a corporate function or a wedding.

Ben & Vicky have catered and organised weddings for 200 people, but if all you require is a lasagne in the Aga on arrival, then that is equally available.
