Professionally trained over a three year period in Hamburg Germany, Ben has worked in restaurants, private estates and villas in the Cote d’Azur catering to a variety of clients. Together with his wife Vicky they worked as Head Chef and Chalet Manager for Verbier Exclusive a luxury chalet company in Switzerland looking after many VIP clients, demanding the very highest standards. Those standards prevail today and it is how they approach any catering job at Cray be it for a small party, a corporate function or a wedding.
No job is too big or too small for them to deal with, whether it be a large wedding for 200 people or a lasagne in the Aga on arrival; Ben & Vicky are delighted to be able to offer bespoke catering at Cray House. Please bear in mind that Ben & Vicky have a young family so may not be free to fulfill all requests for catering, but will happily assist in finding quality chefs and service staff if needed.
